Working with CBRE, we programmed two months of ‘winter thrills’ inside a tipi in front of Manchester’s iconic HOME arts venue.
From Christmas Card Making to Love Actually yoga, Botanical Tonic Workshop, ‘Future Culture’ panel and pop-up small business markets, the activations had two clear objectives:
Provide social glue for the 1000+ resident staff workers on site currently disconnected. Grow a new database of currently unknown emails for future communications.
Provide ‘what’s on’ activities for local residents to encourage them to come to site and spend at on-site restaurants and amenity before / after the events.
